What the Label Governs

If a Product Is Not the Answer
Heat and cold, from the NHS's own list. It names washing affected bedding and clothing on a hot wash (60C) with 30 minutes in a hot tumble dryer, and putting what cannot be washed into a plastic bag in the freezer for two to three weeks.
Clutter and secondhand furniture. The NHS advises against keeping clutter around the bed and against bringing in secondhand furniture without checking it carefully first.
